Short version: Use Devlens to analyze your Roblox games. Don't abuse the platform, send us illegal content, or violate Roblox's ToS. We provide the service as-is and can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By accessing or using Devlens ("Service") at devlens.cloud, you ("Developer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers.

You must create an account to use Devlens. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You may use Devlens only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Roblox's Terms of Service. You must not:
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Free plan — Limited events/month and features. No credit card required.
Pro plan ($9.99/mo or $94.99/yr) — Higher event limits, full feature access, priority support.
Studio plan ($49.99/mo or $479.99/yr) — Multiple games, team members, white-glove support.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Refunds — We offer a 7-day refund on first-time monthly subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. To request a refund, email billing@devlens.cloud.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of your game data and analytics. By using the Service, you grant Devlens a limited license to store, process, and display your data to power your dashboard and AI insights.
We may use aggregated, anonymized patterns across all users to improve the platform. We will never share or publish your individual game data.
The Devlens platform, SDK, dashboard, AI insight system, and brand are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described here.
The Lua SDK is provided under the MIT License for your personal game use. You may not redistribute it as a standalone product.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI INSIGHTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR ACTIONABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
AI insights are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are suggestions, not professional business or legal advice. Always apply your own judgment before making product decisions based on AI output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost game revenue, or data loss — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devlens and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of Roblox's Terms of Service; or (d) any data you send us that infringes on third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
On termination, your access to the Service ends. Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis — no class actions. If arbitration is unavailable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
